As a trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Jeff knows what it takes to settle a case, and understands that court rules and procedures often serve as an impediment to resolving conflicts.
All mediation fees are due before mediation begins. Unless otherwise agreed by the mediator, each party represented by a lawyer/law firm is a considered a “separate party” and is responsible for its mediation fee.

Jeff will work tirelessly with the parties and their counsel in an effort to resolve the parties’ dispute long after a failed mediation. Jeff’s only motivation is for your case to resolve without the additional expense involved.
The goal of mediation should be to produce a wise and efficient agreement wherein the parties’ conflicting interests are resolved fairly and the parties’ legitimate needs are met.

During mediation, Jeff will be working with you in either a joint session or in a party’s break out conference room. Our staff is available to help and assist with any of your needs including.
If your case settles, Jeff will report back to the court (if the case has been filed) that the parties mediated the case and the case settled.

Jeff graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration (Finance) in 1987, and went on to earn his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 1990.
